How can I track my order?
There is an average production and shipping time of 1-3 business days + 7-11 business days of delivery. Which means that on average you will receive your package within 8-14 working days after making your purchase.
Do you have an account?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on the online store. You will find your tracking information if you click on the order information after the order has been fulfilled.
You haven't created an account yet.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been fulfilled. You can track your order using the tracking link in the email. Do not insist, if you have not yet received an e-mail. Your order is usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

The ordering process is processed automatically after purchase. The order and customer details are sent directly to the order preparation logistics department.

When an order is sent from our premises, any modification of the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery for USA.
Delivery times in the USA are generally 3 weeks maximum from the day of order. In order to remain affordable, shipping costs will be charged for the following regions outside the USA.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Is it possible to exchange an item?
Exchanges are possible if the returned item is in perfect condition (unopened). We send the product to Italy, 172 Via Pescia Modena. As soon as the product arrives, we will send you your item.
What should I do to return a product? What is your return policy?
The block below tells you what to do if the items you have received are defective or do not correspond to your purchase.
Note that if you don't like the goods you received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving them. The product you want to return must be in its original condition and packaging.
If you return it, you will be entitled to a refund of your order, which does not include the cost of return. We are unable to exchange or refund items that appear to have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. If you want them returned to you later, we may ask you to bear the cost of delivery.
Return process :
- Please download, print and complete the returns form below if you do not already have one.
- Send the return form by e-mail with a photo of the products you are returning to contact@myanalplug.com
- Once your return has been approved, make sure that the product is well packaged and meets all the conditions described below.
- Clearly mark "Returned Items" on the outer packaging of the package.
- Use a delivery tracking service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
- Send a tracking email with your tracking information to contact@myanalplug.com
Returns Terms and Guidelines :
We are not responsible for return shipping costs for items.
All returned items must not have been opened or used.
They must be accompanied by their original plastic packaging during the return process.
Please ensure that returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged by the postal service.
Please ensure that all returned packages are sent tracked and insured, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost during the returns process.
Please ensure that the return form has been approved - otherwise your return may not be processed.
How long do refunds take?
Depending on the payment system used at the time of purchase, refunds can take up to 14 business days. If you have not received it within 14 working days, please let us know by email.

No, unfortunately not. All items leaving our premises are final and cannot be changed.

Can an order be canceled after purchase?
At our premises, the ordering process is processed automatically. We cannot cancel orders that have been placed. Information relating to customers and orders is sent directly to the logistics department for the preparation of orders in our dispatch premises.
If you wish to return a product, you have 14 days to do so after receiving your package.

I received a faulty item - not the one I ordered
If you received defective, damaged or incorrect items: You can choose between a replacement or a refund. Send the reimbursement form to contact@myanalplug.com Send photos of the damaged product. You will be able to get a full refund once the item has been sent. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

I have not received an email confirming that my order has been placed.
Please check your SPAM inbox first.
The email address you entered during checkout is incorrect if you have not received the order confirmation email after a few hours.
You can email Technical Support at contact@myanalplug.com with your e-mail without typing error as well as the details of your order (surname, first name, address and order number if you have it). We will change it.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact contact@myanalplug.com as soon as possible. In some cases, if your order has not yet been processed by our logistics team, we can change the address for you.
If your order has already been shipped don't worry, once the package has arrived at the sorting center or the first delivery attempt has failed (visible on the track my order page) we encourage you to contact the postal services of your city.
If your order cannot be delivered due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information, you can get a full refund once we are notified that the order has been returned.
*Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that some of our manufacturers and suppliers are located outside of Europe in order to be able to offer you a wide range of products. If you have ordered several items, you may receive your order in several packages depending on the location of the different workshops.

I received an email or SMS reminder to complete my order, but I have already purchased
If, after placing your order, you receive an email or an SMS message asking you to complete it, you should not take this into account. A reminder is sometimes given to customers due to an automated software error. If you have received an email or an SMS message confirming your purchase, your order will be processed by our service.
